Programme fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided with enrolment confirmation. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of the participant's place.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before programme commencement may receive a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of commencement are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.
